Program Sample Itinerary:
The
itinerary varies according to the patient's clinical needs and is subject to change
based on the addition of optional services, which are incorporated during Wednesday
thru Friday. The patient receives an itinerary with the details of his or her
plan of care one week prior to the commencement of the program.
The
patient also receives a condensed itinerary with information including a specific
plan for each day in the program. This document is a great reference tool for
both the family and corporate plan due to its quick reference nature for multiple
patients.
